On the payment screen, before paying, select the in-store pickup option and select "Downtown Branch."
To coordinate the day and time of your product pick-up, contact us at WhatsApp +56956553861. Remember to have your order number on hand, which you will find in the email with your purchase confirmation. When you go to pick up your product, bring this order number along with your ID.
- Pick-up address: Concepción Center, exact point to be coordinated in advance.
- Important: If a third party is picking up the order, they must bring a photo of the ID of the person who purchased the order along with the order number.
